What counts as a workspace?

A workspace is one isolated tenant — typically one of your clients. Each workspace gets a branded subdomain, isolated data sources, and its own dashboards and members. Pricing is per-workspace, not per-seat, so you can invite as many of your team as you need.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Sign up for Starter or Pro, no credit card required. You get full access to every feature in that plan for 14 days. We email you a reminder on day 11. If you don't add a payment method, your workspace freezes (data preserved) until you upgrade.

What if I exceed the included limits?

For Starter and Pro, going over the included workspaces / data sources / dashboards prompts an upgrade. We never silently bill for overages. Enterprise customers get unlimited.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Self-serve cancellation through the customer portal. We pro-rate refunds for annual plans cancelled mid-term — no questions asked. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Annual billing saves 15% on Starter and Pro. Volume discounts kick in at 25+ workspaces — talk to sales for a quote.

What does Enterprise include?

Unlimited workspaces, data sources, and dashboards, plus SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, audit log export, data residency choice (US / EU / AU), custom data integrations, dedicated success engineer, and a written SLA. Talk to sales for pricing.

Not currently — we found the trial works better than a free tier for matching the agency use case. The 14-day trial is full-featured and unrestricted.
